Before you order.

When will I receive the report?

Within three business days after payment and a complete intake. If key information is missing, the delivery window starts when it is supplied.

What information do you need?

Only the live iOS App Store URL is required. Your current private keyword field and competitors are optional and can improve the analysis.

Should I provide the private keyword field?

Only if you have it handy. Apple does not expose this field publicly. If you provide it, we can audit what is currently there. If you omit it, the report can still recommend a new keyword direction from the public listing and storefront research.

Do you support Android?

Not in this launch. The service is intentionally focused on Apple’s iOS App Store.

Are rankings or downloads guaranteed?

No. Store algorithms, competition, product quality, ratings, and acquisition all influence results. The report provides informed recommendations and testable hypotheses, not guaranteed outcomes.

What is the refund policy?

If you request cancellation before work begins, we will refund the purchase. Once analysis has begun, completed service work is generally non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the purchased service, we will re-run it or issue a refund.

Will you apply the recommendations for me?

Quick Report is self-serve and does not change your live listing. Snapshot includes one implementation pass for the approved title, subtitle, and keyword-field recommendations covered by the report. We review the changes with you first and never modify App Store Connect without explicit approval. New screenshot design and production are not included.

Is Apple Ads setup included in the ASO plans?

No. Quick Report and Snapshot focus on organic App Store optimization. Apple Ads Launch is a separate one-time service for one app and one storefront. It includes an account audit or campaign setup, starting bids, budget guardrails, exact-match negatives, and one 14-day review. Advertising spend is paid directly to Apple and is not included.

What access is needed for Apple Ads Launch?

You invite us to the relevant Apple Ads campaign group with the permissions needed for the agreed setup. We never need your Apple Account password. Campaign structure, starting bids, and daily budget limits are agreed before launch, and ongoing management is not included.

How do Growth and Studio subscriptions work?

Growth and Studio are billed at the start of each six-month period and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel the subscription through the RevenueCat customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the current paid period.

Does the report include multiple storefronts?

Yes. The report scans supported storefronts, identifies the strongest regional opportunities, and separates evidence-backed strategies from weaker or fallback coverage. Because App Store Connect metadata is edited through localizations rather than separate country fields, the final strategy groups storefront opportunities into the localization sets that can actually be implemented.
