By accessing or using Improve ASO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
Improve ASO is an App Store Optimization (ASO) analysis tool that retrieves publicly available information from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to generate optimization reports and recommendations. Improve ASO is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
The use of "App Store" and related terms is purely descriptive and refers to Apple's App Store marketplace. "Google Play" refers to Google's app marketplace. These are trademarks of their respective owners.
You may use Improve ASO to analyze apps for which you are the developer, publisher, or authorized representative. You agree not to:
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@improveaso.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. One-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes where applicable.
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
One-time purchases: If your analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, we will re-run the analysis or issue a full refund at your discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Important disclaimer: Improve ASO's recommendations are based on publicly available data and established ASO best practices. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or download results.
App Store and Google Play algorithms are complex, frequently updated, and not publicly documented in full. Implementing our recommendations may improve your rankings, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Results will vary based on competition, category, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Improve ASO is a tool to inform your ASO strategy — not a replacement for human judgment, market expertise, or continuous testing.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Improve ASO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your reports are yours. You retain full rights to the ASO reports generated for your apps. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from analyses to improve the Service.
Improve ASO retrieves publicly available data from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this third-party data. App Store and Play Store data may change at any time without notice, and our analysis reflects data at the time of the scan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Improve ASO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Improve ASO in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from using our recommendations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@improveaso.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email (if you have an account) and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
